After having such a wonderful, creative, productive day today, I feel that I need to just put my thoughts down. I adore what I do. I think for me and my friends, stock has become a way of bonding, of learning new things about each other, as well as getting some quality time alone. Today, it was just me and Nathalie, something that hasn't happened since, oo, must be about September. We had an outrageous time, and ended up in fits in laughter when I was sat on the floor with her in a chair above me, tring to paint her green as fast as possible with one hand, dry her off with a hair dryer in the other, while she was trying to paint the back of her own knees at the same time, which is no mean feet, I can tell you. It was like a rather messy game of twister, and consisted of her nearly falling off the chair at one point.
I think also, this has given my friends time to relax. What with all the exams and things going on at the moment, it's sometimes a good idea to have a bit of fun, including playing dress up I've actually been pegged as a photo pimp, which makes me laugh because it's true. I surround myself with beautiful people, dress them up to the nines, then take photos of them and lend them to the rest of the world All I need is the trilby hat and cravate now
But doing what I do makes me happy. It's not just the photography, because I know that it's not great quality, but it's the bit before and after. The preperation, the quiet time together, then settling dwon to a cup of tea and a natter when it's all over. Days like these make me very happy...

On another note, I have started to sell some of my stock as prints on my art account, As of yet, there is only one piece up, [link] but I am hoping to have some more soon.

So, I was just wondering, have people got anything they want to see in my gallery? I'm doing a pirate shoot and a mermaid shoot soon, but does anyone else have any suggestions? And before anyone thinks they're being funny, requests for nudity will be treated with more than just contempt, so don't ask, please. I know fellow stock photographers have suffered this, and sometimes people can be just offensive. There are plenty other places around for this kind of thing.
Anyway, after that serious little note, please, shout out ideas! I am here to serve. (Okay, well, maybe that's being a little over dramatic...)
